Jack Skellington measurements needed

I am working on a life sized Jack Skellington statue and was wondering if anyone has the Medicom Jack Skellington stop motion puppet they could measure for me.

I need the following measurements:
wrist to elbow
elbow to shoulder
shoulder to shoulder
wrist to tip of middle finger
top of shoulder to crotch
hip to knee
knee to bottom of foot
shoulder to base of head
head circumference
head height
overall height
bow from tip to tip
chest circumference

Also if you're willing to part with this I am in the market (in a month or so).
