He has the great talent of capturing the likeness of someone (actor/actress, etc) but keeping his own style.
Something I highly admire in his works.

For example look at the LOST sketches he did:

Then of corse there is personal taste, if you don't like his style, you don't like it!
I'm not here to tell what you should like of course, but he can definately draw more than one face to me

yeah he followed Drew's work a little too close in that last image....the glowing outlines and line work...lol

I haven´t researched Campbell´s work, but did he work for MAD magazine at one point? That Buffy artwork strongly reminds me of MAD magazine cover artwork.
