Hello all,
A few days ago I was forced to witness a shocking and disturbing sight that still chills me to the bone and causes nightmares and...well you get the idea! I'm a little upset!
Every 7 days or so I watch the changing of the guard as the sold "It's a Wrap" auctions end and the new ones come on line!
It's an exciting time of thrills and surprises as you wait to see what lost treasure or forgotten gem will appear next, as if by magic...Movie Magic! Only to watch the price soar out of sight later, but that's another story!
But this time the number of auctions went down, and down, and down some more and now it reads..."0"...AAGGGHHHH :cry :cry :cry
For the first time in the 46 weeks, I have known about the IAW for about half that time, they have nothing, zilch, Nada, on eBay! Nothing for sale, for rent, not even a picture to stare at!
WHAT IS THIS PLANET COMING TOOOOOOOOOO??????????
So now that I have that out of my system (mostly) has anyone heard anything about IAW and/or the state of Star Trek costumes and props at Paramount Studios?
Have they finally emptied the vaults at Paramount, I find that very hard to believe, or has some executive done a V-8 head slap and finally realized that they are making another Star Trek movie, soon! - segue into -
"You can't re-use it if you've gone and sold it, dumb-ass" said Red Foreman, after the cancellation of "That 70's Show" he became assistant VP to the VIP of the chair person of the RIP! (Not really I just wanted to say dumb-ass! It's such a great saying without getting too vulgar!) - segue back from -
Ah yes a set less stage with naked actors pointing their fingers making weird whistling sounds (picture Scotty's death scene in the TOS episode "I, Mudd")
I also think it would be hard (sorry, no pun intended) to get a kid friendly rating with that kind of "action"(Sorry again, can't help myself!) ! They would need a new one like...
"PG-21: May Have (Some) Nudity! Allergy Alert: May Contain Nuts!"
(Sorry again, can't help myself, it's too easy sometimes!)
I will say this for sure, I pray to God, Almighty that Bill Shatner doesn't get a cameo then!!!
Let me know what if anything you've heard and I hope I haven't "bent" any rules with my unique critique! Later ALL, Petseal
