Hey folks,

hoookayy ...

I just got off the phone, talked with Florian for half an hour.

He is in a bit better shape now, although having suffered again from severe health problems and depression.

The plan old "bulk order" plan has been set in motion again, I am currently looking into having someone pick up the stuff at his place and ship it to me. So we don´t have to wait for him to have the cash to ship the items, he says that he is totally broke :\

Lets see where this will get us.

EDIT : And Jumpin Jax, tell TE from me that I am, as well as surely a lot of people around here, are grateful for what he did. Without him taking action and doing a little "extortion" there, I doubt that we´d have heard from Flo. This was a little wake up call to get in contact with us again.

What kind of music are you here to face, exactly? Are you here to be banned? Are you here to pay us all back for the THOUSANDS of dollars that you stole? I know you've had problems, and to be honest, I bought something from you because I thought I could help you out and maybe get a nice prop at the same time. Your problems are not an excuse for lying. You even lied to OdiWan (Marcus) when you said that you had shipped stuff to several of us, and frankly, I think you would do better to just say "I'm not getting you your stuff or your money" and take your much-deserved banning, and just let this whole thing rest.

To ask again, are we going to see pics of the finished props (not that these can't be faked....Hmmmm)? I really don't want to give out more money after bad only to find out I paid twice for a piece of poo.....

Who said anything about sending him more money? This is about trying to get stuff that was paid for. No matter how unlikely it is come to pass, nothing ventured nothing gained. Who could fault that?

All people who weren't ripped off by Isaac A Steiner need to leave this thread. This is between him and us. He owes us product (or money) and no one is sending him anything so stop talking about that. There is a long complicated backstory that I don't have the time or inclination to tell, so quit butting in on a situation that you don't know anything about.

And as much as concerned partys would like to keep others from commenting, well you know that won't happen. Yes I'm owed a hero comm from him (so I'm not part of the peanut gallery) but at this point I don't think that it will happen. That's not to say that if it was popped into the mail and showed up at my door that I wouldn't accept it, your wrong. I just don't think that the people who are owed product should have to pay again to get what is rightfully theirs. If Florian doesn't care enough to get the cash together to make this happen and clear his name then so be it.

Well, I admit it might be. However, I am cynical by nature and sceptical by experience. I'm amazed at the number of people prepared to throw additional money at someone who's already spent several thousand dollars worth of other peoples money without delivering one iota of product. It's dumb. How exactly is he going to supply this stuff if he has no money although he seems to have had money to buy stuff with? And just because I'm not on your list doesn't mean that I don't have some interest invested so let's not get finger pointy just yet. :angry The ultimate proof of the pudding as they say is if you get any results. It is my opinion that you shouldn't hold your breath but good luck anyway.

Hi folks,

thanks to those who support the policy of commenting I initially asked for.
I really wish that threads would be read completely before a comment is made. But this seems to be out of style these days.

I sincerely ask that only the involved post here, since I personally cannot see how someone "has some interest invested" if he is not on the list. Those interests cannot be taken in account once we should have some of the stuff.

And Chris, feel free to contact me via PM, so the thread doesn´t get stretched more than it already has been due to my several "negative" updates.

Just as a reminder, the deal that I proposed was that all of the stuff he has allegedly ready to ship will go to me, then I´ll take pics so you can consider whether you want it or not (if the quality is not up to your expectations) and then I´ll either send a whole package overseas and its get distributed from there on, or it will be sent individually from here at a higher shipping cost for the individuals.

But this will be decided on once I have something :\

1) Seems like some of you guys find it extremely "cool" to accuse, judge, and execute a guy you do not know, never talked to, and never ever had any dealings with. I always thought only George W. had this kind of trait.


2) The sum in question is NOT several thousands, but a couple of hundreds.

3) I never ever told a single lie. Why would I do that?
4) My nervous breakdown was exactly ONE years ago, not Two years.
5) I sincerly regret how this all turned out. I'm trying everything to redeem the damage I've caused.
6) I sincerly regret that I have disapointed several people on the boards, esp. Hayden. I also like to apoligize to Steve, Karl, Michael, Marcus, Bill and the many others who STILL had some kind words left for me.
7) It was never my intention to "rip off" or exploit the people of the boards. I would ahve chosen a differnt tactic and/or more precious items I I really had wanted that.
8 ) I seriusly doubt that anyone of you would have been more stabkle than myself having endured what I had to

9) Expect some happy news soon
