That headpiece is the Ravens Bar headpiece. The seller is Brenton Lafleur (Relicmaker here on the RPF).

There are 2 versions of the headpiece in Raiders. This is the headpiece that is hanging around Marion's neck. The one that you see close up in Imams house in Raiders was a different sculpt.
