Is the flash hider on the ESB DL-44's smaller then those found on the other DL-44's?

Ok, so I'm working on a lot of the old trilogy DL-44 blasters. I have a Blast-tec (yodashouse) ESB, and ANH flash hider (mussel, flash suppressor, what ever you want to call them.) And a Boba Debt ROTJ Flash hider.

So the ANH, and ROTJ flash hiders (at least the ones I have) are very close in size. However, the ESB flash hider (again at least the one I have) is considerably smaller. Say about .5" shorter then the others. (ESB around 3.25", the others closer to 3.75" on mine anyway's)

Is that correct, or do I need a new ESB flash hide?

Also, if this is the right size for a ESB flash hider, is the over all length of the barrel (with flash hider) on Luke's ESB DL-44 shorter then the other blasters?

I really need to figure this out soon, because I'm trying to get these done by the prop party in Indiana next month, so any help would be great.

Thanks
Jason

ESB is about 3.7 inches long.

There aren't too many correct ESB flash hiders. Bobadebt's run from a few years ago was the most accurate (besides MR).

Well it looks like I'm going to have to start shopping for a new flash hider. :( So, since it looks like the ESB flash hider is about the same length as the others, does that mean the over all barrel length is about the same too?
