Is anybody interested in a "business" partnership...?

How the hell did I miss this thread?. :cry

ALL of your work is AMAZING, guys. All of you. I'm sorry, but I don't have enough time to say which parts I like best of certain designs and such, I'm just going to say I love all of it (because I really, really do).

I'm literally speechless to describe how much I love all of this stuff. We can call it; the "RPF Collection". :lol Keep up the great work, I'll be watching this thread carefully. :)

Thanks Kadajiroth (are you a FF fan? :D )

This is the first idea for the battle rifle, let me know what do you think... ;)

Why yes, I am. Much more of a Firefly/Serenity fan as such now, but I've kept this name for a while and haven't bothered to change it (OK, to be honest with ya', I can't come up with anything better :p ).

About the Battle Rifle; wow. Awesome. It reminds me of the BFG, from the "Doom" movie, big time.

I'd love to be helping with this project in general, but I lack skills of any sort, to be honest. I guess the only way I'll be helpin' is with the buying of these awesome props. :p

Keep up the concept art. I'm lovin' it. :)

Well, I haven't see Doom yet, so I don't know if mine was plagiarism or not... :lol
And if you could buy these things, THAT will be the biggest help. :D

I had a bunch of left over sketches for the throwing axe design and I was inspired by Ramiel's "Holy Weapons" illustration. Here's what I came up with.

Here we go again...

fettster, with your offer, I think I could develop a "movie version" of a couple of comic characters... ;)

Jmtwo, I like the expression on that smilies... :D

Awesome designs. Makes me wanna start scribbling again.

Also made me dig out some of my old sketches - these are about 10 years old.

I might work some of these up when I get the time. Maybe that round one...?

Aaaahhhh, nice Coz. Welcome to the party.

I particularly like the circular designed weapon. That could be pretty cool. The grenade on page 4 is pretty sweet too.

I agree, that circular "gun" looks really awesome.

Well Coz, looks like you better start bustin' out some more views of that one. :love (sorry but it's my favorite smilie)

Thanks for all the kind words. Makes me proud to be a doodler. ;)

You guys really like that round one, huh? :)

Here's a bigger, slightly cleaner pic of it (excuse the roughness - the original is pencil drawn around a coin, so pretty small.):

HubGunJ.jpg

If I remember rightly, my original 'backstory' for that was it could be packed into something like an oil drum for storage, rather than a crate, and therefore hold more weapons in a confined space.

I just printed it out at roughly life size (10" Diameter), and its like a steering wheel - or a hubcap (hence, 'Hub Gun' ;) ). Details need reworking to reflect the proper scale (mag catch in front of the trigger, ejection port moving forward a little, etc).

I'm not all that good with drawing in Photoshop, but I'll see what I can come up with longhand.

Meanwhile, if anyone wants to have a crack at this (or any of the others) please feel totally free to do so. :)
All I ask is that ya have fun.

Thanks again.

C.

Coz,

If you could clean it up a bit and flesh out some more of the details (thickness, opposite side, etc.) I would love to take a crack at it.
