Hello!
After a long time lurker, I've finally made an account!
For some context, my friend and I are doing a personal gift exchange where we each model, print, paint, and gift an original sci-fi blaster to each other.
My design is inspired by the some of the shape language seen in Ghost in the Shell and Cyberpunk weaponry. I modeled it in Fusion 360, trying to blend sleek, functional forms with a bit of a grounded industrial feel. It’s a work in progress right now, but I’d love to hear your thoughts on it!
I’ll update with more pics as I continue painting and finishing it, but for now here’s a peek at the model. Hope you like it!
