Currently working on the 8 layers of tacky glue on the rest of the suit. Then the 3 layers of plasti dip again. Once done it will be time for the adhesion promoter. Then finally I can start to add some
Color!

No prob bub. I'm here to help. I measured my body with a ruler/measuring tape. And used pepakura's ability to measure between to points. Pepakura uses millimeters FYI

sorry just one more question dont want to clog up your thread with my questions!
what foam neck brace and collar and boots are you using?

I'm actually using the mark VI neck, just because I couldn't find a mark 7 one at the time. I found one now but I think that the mark VI one will work ok. And I believe the boots are mark 7.

Yeah you will notice that from time to time. Just cut out the template just enough to make it work. It won't take away from the overall effect when using foam.

What I did, especially for the torso is just cut out the right hand side pieces and then flip them when tracing to get the left side. When you start making the back you'll notice that one sides pieces differs from the other. Pick the side that looks easier for you to cut out and do the flipping method for the stencils. It will save you a lot of time.

im wondering if i should be making angled cuts (i have the exacto board cutter) or should i be glueing the pieces to each other and bending the joint

No bother at all. Ask away.
Stay to the template.
Don't make angled cuts, too much of a pain in the ass. Keep your blade sharp as hell. And use scissors to cut the foam at angles. Then use masking tape to put the piece together. And once you have it just the way you want it, then Hot glue the inside then take the tape off. Use plenty of tape, don't skimp on it.

Once you have the piece all taped together, you'll get the angles you want naturally. Just make sure you use the scissors to angle all the sides first. That way you'll get all clean edges on the outside

can i see what the back of the biceps on your suit look like? im having this problem where one piece doesn't fit into the other

This kinda shows the back.
Make sure you don't have the separators on. The parts that hold it together when making it out of resin and paper. They fit just right when lined up correctly.

This shows them better
