Posting some progress. Got a bit of smoothing done on the first coat for some areas.







Put some more body filler on after I took the pictures. Guess I'll spend tomorrow sanding away the day.........

Hi everyone, this is my first post and I'm looking to start my first build with the mark 15...I really like the look of it and as I'm hoping to be able to make it out of a more rigid material than foam or paper (maybe look into something one would use for vacuum forming).

I hoped to start on the helmet first and the pepakura for it looks great but (and this is going to sound stupid) I've run into some problems printing the pages.

I have to print the pepakura files to a PDF file first since I can't instal the viewer on the computer used to print the copies, and the PDF files come out like this:

As you can see the pages seem to be turned in some places and I'm thinking this is going to interfere with the sizing...
So I was wondering if someone could upload a usable PDF for me.

its not even meant to be built for now (with the exception of the sneaky) :facepalm look i don't want to be rude or something but please read. it will help you with things, really.

I'm building the Sneaky helmet just fine, and it too is locked. You gotta open and print it in Pepakura Viewer, not Designer.
