As for the hip pods, my plan is to attach them to the cod so that they don't flop out but hang in place.

thanks guys, its MUCH appreciated. I was thinking MAYBE putting hip pods attached to the outter thigh? so it moves with the leg? I also like your idea of hanging it....maybe with a piece of elastic so it doesnt rip if it gets caught. I'm using round plastic containers from the supermarket bulk section. pics soon
