Just want to pop in here and give props to IM Nation. I cosplay as Captain America and with Civil War coming up, I wanted a kickass Iron Man costume for my NINE year old....yes, I'm crazy, and I bought one of these for my child who will likely outgrow it in a year.
Anyway, nothing but great things to say about Israel and his work. Communication can be a little slow, because he's on the other side of the planet, but he's always replied to every message on Facebook. He sent over a diagram, I took a bunch of measurements on my Son, he made the suit. Could not be happier with the quality of the work. Honestly I have no idea how someone takes a Pep file and makes a work of art like this out of foam.

(ps. I may need another suit in a couple of years when this one is too small)

Hand brushed on all of the gold and silver details.

Finished product (although I did add sunglass lenses for the eyes, don't have a photo of that). I also built a stand for it out of 1" PVC pipe. My Wife says that it totally freaks her out seeing this standing there in our house, and she expects it to turn it's head and look at her or something.
