I am 100% sure you have already answered this question.... but for the peeps, I will ask again.

Can you scale this to taller people? Like 198cm.

Yes I do custom build for client size

To put a note to my video.
It is my personal costume. It was made for me completely by IM NATION. I am certainly an xl in his eyes. I am 6'4" tall and 195 pounds. I promised IM that I would use the suit for good and I have! The suit is a huge hit! I am 100% believable to any kid. The suit was painted by IM (or an associate) and it turned foam to metal! People just don't believe it's not real. If you get a suit from IM, prepare to have your picture taken.

It was a quick video and the first time I had worn the whole suit & walked around in the museum. Our marketing folks wanted to see what my costume looked like and I showed it to them and they shot that all in about 25 minutes.

I did not have the fingers attached properly- one slipped out of position- my fault.
The hip pieces were unbuckled. I should have clipped them in. It would have made the hips sit up higher. Again my mistake.
The elbows were unconnected because I wanted to show off my sexy elbows.

I'll do a proper video if requested.

Just want to pop in here and give props to IM Nation. I cosplay as Captain America and with Civil War coming up, I wanted a kickass Iron Man costume for my NINE year old....yes, I'm crazy, and I bought one of these for my child who will likely outgrow it in a year.

Anyway, nothing but great things to say about Israel and his work. Communication can be a little slow, because he's on the other side of the planet, but he's always replied to every message on Facebook. He sent over a diagram, I took a bunch of measurements on my Son, he made the suit. Could not be happier with the quality of the work. Honestly I have no idea how someone takes a Pep file and makes a work of art like this out of foam.

Anyway, here are some pics, I hope to get some real ones soon and will share when I do. Thanks again!!

(ps. I may need another suit in a couple of years when this one is too small)

Photo from him, just before he shipped it to me. Armor arrives already coated and hardened, ready for primer and paint.

Finished product (although I did add sunglass lenses for the eyes, don't have a photo of that). I also built a stand for it out of 1" PVC pipe. My Wife says that it totally freaks her out seeing this standing there in our house, and she expects it to turn it's head and look at her or something. ;)
