Ok!!! Exams are OVER!! I'm gonna get started on the gloves right away!

Sorry I've been quiet for a while! been really busy with college coming back! but enough about that UPDATES!!

The suit now has been fully coated in 3 coats PVA, 2 woodglue and 1 of polycraft smooth on!

Ok got a bust! so i can start the helmet again! also wee bitta colour testing for shiggles!

Ok loads of stuff happened! The suit is now cleaned sanded and ready to mould! so my bro Bryan is coming tomorrow to help me with that as I am bricking it for my first moulding!! Also he came over today and gave me a hand with the sculpt! and now it just looks freaking awesome!! so damn happy with it!!

Hay Ciano,

Don't be afraid and apply a lot of PVA glue layer, and maybe one more layer of resin, because the plastazote foam abyss very quicly when you move and that should be really sad if you ruin your armor


Maybe you can also make a resin layer above your paint layer.

Brother...this suit is A-MAZ-ING!!!!
Good stuff bro...its one of the best freehands ive seen. My Iron Patriot was freehand and it doesnt look anywhere close to this.
Extremely impressed bro. Keep it up. When I show this to my son he's gonna freak...AWESOME.

I dunno man your suit looks pretty awesome! and working from the comics gives ye a bit of wiggle room. Your's looks real accurate!
But thanks all the same! Hoping to do a freehand Extremis again some time in the future but looking at going for a PVC plastic board suit!

Cool...good luck on that..and thanks for the compliment. It was a task to get it done for Comic Con. I basically eyeballed the stuff others had done and freehanded the rest. I dont have access to PEP but hopefully will soon. I want to do an original concept Ironman suit soon. Also thinking of taking on a IronSpider Suit that's not cloth or anything but completely made of foam.

I have some holiday pounds to drop first.

Good luck on your projects bro...can't wait to see the future stuff.
