Iron man mkIII: attaching the jaw?

So Im making my very first costume. I decided to go with a mkIII iron man using the pepakura method. I made the mask and ive gotten through the strengthening stage and started applying the body filler. But as i get further along im trying to figure out how im going to make the jaw attachable and detachable so I can take the helmet on and off. Ive done a lot of research and I cant seem to find any ideas. Can anyone help me out?

Here are some pics of my work

That's looking pretty good so far. My helmet is a four piece design, and the lower part of the back of the head comes off with magnets so you can get the helmet on and off easily. If you remove the jaw, your kind of removing some of the structural integrity of the helmet. Search Finhead's helmets in the junkyard section to see how the four piece breaks down. That's your best bet I think.

Thanks! Just took a quick look and I like that technique a lot. Ill probably rebuild the whole mask again just so that everything looks better. Thank you for the help!

I am currently using two hard-drive magnets from a dead hard drive - they are crescent shaped and about 3cm in length - on each side of the Jaw I glued to metal discs and on the helmet another two lining up and the magnets are strong enough to keep the jaw in place and my jaw is quite heavy as the teeth sections are fibreglassed and I had to add extra resin and body filler to get the shape right after some warpage, I wiil try get photos if you need to visualise it..
Currently the face plate is also held on with magnets placed by trial and error so the face plate is held in the down and up position with some strength - eventually I plan on get hinges.
Rare earth magnets are pretty strong..
