I have been assembling the waist section. It was printed in little pieces.


So i had to figure a way to get all of these parts lined up properly and attached. It's been quite a chore.
I probably made it more complicated than it needed to be, but I ended up making 3 intersecting planes for the waist.



Then I did a boolean so I ended up with 3 guides.



I used these to make a jig (not shown).. I used this guide to align the parts to match the 3D model...
well almost. I still have to finish the belly area. I am actually further than the photos, but I have yet to take any more.



That's about it for now.

His files are the CGI model, you have the Hero model
