Iron Man MK V proyect

I'd be interested in a 3D helmet, Sent the request from the link, hopefully Dlowrider is still getting them.

Appreciate the restored link, but after downloading and opening the file, this is what I see:

Anyone else received an incomplete mask,or is it just me?

Yup, it's the file, not you

The file is well, the problem is that you open like an .obj with the pepakura designer, the program have trouble reading the file, to fix this problem, convert them to 3ds and ready

edit: the file was designed and created to be used in a 3D printing, I share as .obj, you can make it the way you want, stl. 3ds, cad, etc, I preferred .obj upload mode that is best in a matter of design and has fewer errors to be converted to any format.
Note the thickness of the design, for use in papercraft you should edit it and leave the thickness, since you'll take more work to do folding.

Well,then I'm screwed,aren't I :lol I don't know the first thing about 3D printing,unfolding,editing or converting etc.
Thanks anyway, dlowrider ;) I like the design nevertheless

@dlowrider: would you be willing to convert your MKV.obj files to .pdo files for the people who don't know how to convert files and/or make 3D models?
That would solve the problem. Please ?

search in google man, really is not my problem if you don't know how or where, Is your problem, don't be lazy

It was just a question - relax.Had nothing to do with being lazy.I'm more than willing to work for my builds.
Thank you for replying.

The only problem with Converting a High-detail model like DLRs helmet, is that it's so detailed and has so many Vertices and Polys that it takes a very long time to convert it to .PDO

I could do it for you, no problem, but you'd have to do the Unfold (laying the parts out on the pages) yourself.

...and only if dlowrider approves of me doing that with his file.... (it's his work, so HE has the Final Say)...

I think it would be easier if dlowrider would upload even non-unfolded pdo files. It really isn't that hard to do (open the obj with pep designer, click "ok", "close", "ok", save as pdo), and it would help fellow pep-inclined rpf-ers out a lot. I have done it myself but I won't post it unless dlowrider says it's ok. It seems like it would suck to get on his bad side.

Guys, you are free to do what do they like with the archive, I share it for free use.
To convert any 3d archive, is simple, download the Accutrans 3D, is very easy to use, so no excuse for George, really I don´t know where is the problem, and is simple & I repeat again, do what you want , but the design is for 3d print, not for paper craft, no glue, no paper, no cappuccino :devil :lol

Ummmmmmmmmm. You guys remember I did in fact make this helmet (well, another version, not this one in particular), and I did make a pep version. No need to do anything special guys, George just PM me your email.
