I've tried many things? and what works best is a sealer Plast-dip, vinyl automotivte spray, and then my automotive paint barcelona red it flexes ok. i'm building another set of articulated abs out of cardboard which I'm fiberglassing. How did you get such gorgeous candy colors on your foam parts?
Is there any material you CAN'T work in?! This is seriously gorgeous.

I'm here to tell you, I haven't tried them all...."Sam L Jackson":lolaint that the truth :confused
Thanks, MrTrouble I'm trying to be as accurate as my brain will allow!really good shapes of the iron suit. Good job!
Ditto! upstairs, You have to become the character. If it's not done right, its not gonna work!you look the part delray, spot on :thumbsup
Its very comfortable and not too hot either. I was outside for 35min in 80 degree weather. Mobility is fine, you can't be afraid to break what you've made!....Ah! Foam neckseal. That definitely makes sense--especially since the one I made from the normal papercraft way was uh... limiting, to say the least. lol
How comfortable is the foam to wear around the neck like that?
this is deff one of my favorite threads OF ALL TIME!
i wanna see those shins tho!
