Iron Man Mark VI - Brazil - My first armor

I've tried to cosplay in my daughter's 6th birthday. That's was a shocking experience, in many senses. I became an immediate target of plastic balls, but in general, the children liked.

They tried to pull some parts of the armor (I guess to know of what material it was made) several times. It did not tear, which I consider a good thing. Later, I took off the armor and let them take pictures with its parts, they loved it!

But again, it's not "child's play"..... I had not experience with children, and they get crazy! Better try with another public now.
The abs still disconnects a bit. I'll try to solve this. Cos.jpgDSC05236.JPG

After some time, I decided rebuild 3 parts which were annoying me: the abs, forearms and helmet. Here are some WIP pics. I have one fiberglassed helmet on the way, but while it doesn't ready, I decided to build one in foam, in case of need. Ears cast in plastic.

Helmet in the way. Four layers of PVA glue. I've sanded a bit with a light grain beofre priming.

And oh! I've added the teeth! Now Iron Man can bite his foes!

Teeth are 2mm EVA foam
