I got some work done on the hose junction box that will attach to my left calf. Little by little I am trying to make progress.

Glued in the 3D printed parts and got a coat of plastidip on it.

Got the painting and weathering done on the left calf junction box.

Finally got some paint on the front half of my helmet. Still LOTS to do! I haven’t given myself a definitive completion date, but I want to step up the progress if I am able. Mostly only have time in the evening, early morning or weekends to work on this. Family take precedence.

Got some painting done on my butt plate.

Painted my belt/codpiece. Need to work on the backpack.

Got a bit of work done on some components to my backpack. I also did some more painting on the left forearm. More to do, but happy I am making some progress.

More painting done on a few different parts. Still need some detailing but I will try and “finish,” most of the main parts and fit them together to see where I need to touch up stuff before I seal everything. Then I will need to focus on all the attachments, hoses, etc. Also still need to finish my helmet.

Finally got back to doing some work on my suit. I was able to get some plastidip on some parts and decided to mount the tank on my right forearm. I also got some paint on two tanks that will be mounted on the inside of my right calf, but I don’t have pics of them, yet.

Got a layer of plastidip on the backpack base and my belts.

Installed the tanks in the right calf.

I was able to get some painting done this extended weekend. I got a lot done on my left leg and got the main layer of silver on the right. Just need to do some weathering on the right to get it to look similar to the left. I also got a base layer of plastidip on my right thigh. I’m waiting to take pics of that when it’s further along.

I was able to to work on my suit a bit more this weekend and got a lot of painting done on the right upper thigh. I was also able to make a bit of progress on my “backpack” but I am waiting to take pics until I get a bit further along.

I’ve had some friends ask for some more contextual shots of the suit, so I might start fitting parts up and taking some pics. I’ll post them here as soon as I am able to get that done.
