Iron Man Mark I Chest Piece?

Small update. Man O Man! are this pieces small. I was going to have a few pieces brass etched and found out that what my friend drew was 0.007" thick, paper is 0.004" . So forget trying to get some of the piece made out of brass. Had to redesign some of the thicknesses so they could be made. Existing screw sizes, like 4-40 or 2-65, which are very small won't work. I must use screws that look cool and are a good size for the piece. When I go to redesign it I find there are no screws that small unless I go with watch screws. Way too small.

So I have been playing with some of the sizes and thickness of this prop. I'm keepingit to a minium but there are pieces that are very tricky to pull off. It's a challenge and I'm enjoying it a lot. Should be a very nice piece. Lots of had work. You'll be able to appreciate it with a magnifying glass.

lots of little pieces. I'll be designing the lighted center area. In the original file on this props there was a reflective dish which was not lit up. To make the center of this piece light. I need to redesign that area. Like I said there are two different things going on here. What is drawn and what is seen on camera. I'm trying to keep both and still have a cool piece. I want as much detail as possible so that when it's on my desk you can pick it and look at it close.
