the files from him are good but im to stupid to scale the files have pepped it 2 month ago and the was to big for my hand and its to much work to pep it again with this files at this time, it was easyer for me. wehre cleaning friday the hands but not casting. i need to make first the helmet for my suit then some other suprises what im planing :) when i start next time a new build i wehre using his files but it wehre all taken more time not more so fast build its slowly damaging me :D

I hear that! His file is not the easiest to pep... it just looks so damn good. ;) The first one I pepped was too big, I pepped a second one and I thought it was perfect so I finished it (my gauntlet project). After wearing it a few times I can say that it is a little too small... it compresses my hand and makes it hurt after a few hours of wearing it. I pepped a third one that was slightly bigger but it didn't turn out so well I will probably pep a fourth one and then I will have to do the other side eventually.

yes mike this is a hard job to pep it hehe cameo cut it but its not all of this work. when the winter come i make gloves with his files for my next project.
Today is one of the best day :D My Unibeam arrived from pRoJectEarth7 i can only say this is the best arc what i have ever seen in my life !!! this is 99,9 % movie accurate arc. In real the arc looks more better as on the pictures guys when Rj start a new run you need to buy it from him its PERFECT !!!!!!!!!

Absolutely fantastic! Everytime I get that "Omg what did I get myself into!" feeling I go look at your pictures!! I am early in my build and like Scorpion I was wondering the same thing!
What are you using as fasteners??? How is that overlapping seam/scatch//wear issue going as well!
I am learning so much by watching your thread! I would appreciate any input about my build and issues you foresee.. Like what did you do to fasten all the lower leg parts to the shin?

davy it looks amazing :D you need to mail me the brands and things you use and how much they cost (going to buy my stuff in germany seeing you said it was cheaper) and im starting on the mark 7 now because of you :D!

Thank you Chris !!! And EyeofSauron you dont know but Chris have seen my if i was wearing my suit for a test if you cant wait for it you can join my group on facebook of this build :)
Some other news for today are my gloves are finished i go and cut the fingers after casting. than the next have pepped last 2 days my shark helmet and started with resin on it.
Now a total other thing, i has a friend who is a big marvel and dc fan, he has maked a ARC from the Mark 1 guys i this is realy a amazing replica from it he have send it me and this is absolutly high quality arc 1 what do you think about it ?

thank you Rj i hope my helmet have later the same quality as yours. Your helmet is the best what is out now there !!! First step is for me done and i hope the other things wehre be running good :)
