i dont know what is sintra here in germany name of this is forex (hard foam) and screws i cut the heads of them for it.

Sounds like the same stuff... used in the sign building industry. It becomes pliable when warm and hardens again when cool while maintaining the new shape.

Your build is amazing! i really like the colors too. One thing that catches my eye, if I may, it looks like the crud to weathering ratio is uneven. If that is the look you are going for, then awesome and ignore me. I feel like if the armor was that cruddy(the grime you put in the recessed areas), then it should have a little more wear and not be so amazing looking on the rest of the armor. Just offering my opinion.
*disclaimer- I'm not sure if you are done the weathering yet. Maybe the gloss is hiding more of the "damage" on the rest of the piece.
