just out of curiousity, what font did you use for the keyboard in the end?

that was a font provided by the graphic artist - though it does resemble a number of cryptic futuristic fonts everyone has seen.

I seem to recall him referencing something about earlier movie concept art and that the keyboard was more about commands than characters - which make sense given Jarvis has superior voice recognition.

Given that the keyboard is somewhat more of a Jarvis OS legacy item (what built Jarvis - chicken and the egg issue)

It was one of the things I enjoyed about that project = learning the logic behind the prop.

if I do somehow make a functioning keyboard, would people be interested in having it look something like

(you can actually type alphabet and stuff instead of just making weird signs)

or actually doing the functions of the actual iron man keyboard?
