are you planning on pepping this or foaming it? I love the helmet btw, it seems like it'll be fun to build

Neither the suits gonna be built from Foamex and styrene which are thermo plastics and can be heat formed not unlike worbla but much more rigid. That way I can build the suit using panels and make it on a mechanical frame for ease of wear and movement.

And thats the helmet pretty much done! I'll fix up the front later but now I want to take a look at the back of the suit and get started designing the other 2/3rds of it!

And now the back is done! may alter some small bits but overall I like it! This one was tricky to get right but by basing it on MK III I think I got a good look with the Extremis shape!

Not much of an update but started the side profile! its harder then I was expecting getting all the lines to match up but I'm getting there, hopefully I'll get the chest and abs done tomorrow

Well this is farewell for now! No the threads not dead! I'm just going on a work break for the next few months! I will be starting work on this suit while I'm gone and I'll be sure to take Wips but until I get to a wifi hotspot (not often) there wont be much updates. Still on the bright side I'll have loads of work to show you guys when I do get back so be excited!

I also just got my raspberry Pi so I'm gonna start learning how to use it profficiently and then look at possible extensions for my iron mans systems! But learning first!

Alright I'm back! been awhile, anyways I got started on the chest unit and built it and the back as well as that I finished the design for the suit including new boots! I'm pretty happy with the digital design but a buttload is gonna be altered or changed altogether as I move further into a physical suit. But for now I'm just gonna be building the mechanical parts and testing them for feasibility and functionality

Gonna rebuild it later with thinner pecs, larger abs and tighten up the shoulders and collar! But as a test peice I'm enthusiastic!
