So I have been working on this suit for about a year now.

I got the back done with a second layer of body filler and sanded. What do y'all think? Should I just keep sanding till smooth and add filler or add another layer of body filler?

So, I think I have decided since I already have two layers of Bondo I am going to put a little more on some spots then try to put some filler on it and see what happens.

Did anyone else have trouble putting the eyebrow on their helmet? (Sharkbeetle- foam edit by Stealth) I am having such a hard time doing it.

Goat my helmet done. Just need to fix some things up and then I will be putting coats of Wood Glue on it then plasti dip. What do y'all think?

Are you looking to have this as a functioning bucket. I would look to fill in and clean up the gaps or creases. It will make a huge difference, i think...GM

Filled in gaps as best as I could. Thinking about doing a little more editing on the eyes and then it goes to paint! What do y'all think about this?CYMERA_20150106_231429.jpgCYMERA_20150106_231429.jpg

From my experience, you should have given it a sand before the glue (to smooth the edges and high points) it's all trial and error = )IMG_1998.JPG

So guys. I got the helmet done! I personally think it is good due to the fact it was a speed build and I was using 12 mm thick foam! What do y'all think?

As it would seem, 12mm thick foam. It turned out alot better than i thought it would. So i say congrats to you, job well done...GM
