Hey guys! So I am cutting out files and I have always been confused about one thing. On the pep files where it shows a dotted line do I cut the dotted line? (Picture)

no thats a fold line, you only cut the solid line, ---------- means fold down (mountain fold) _._._._._. means fold up (valley fold)

From what I have come to understand,the lines that consist solely of dashes need an angle cut (45 degrees or less valley fold like Stig said) and then fill up with hotglue to keep it that way (JFcustom foam file thread,page 1 for info).
