Palm and forearm are unfolded but not scaled properly.
I added a lot of details but it seems almost the same as before :wacko.

If I am not mistaken, the vinyl for car floor mats (?) have the hex indented.
Number two, it is very heavy.

Not floor mats... Vinyl wrap. It is used to "wrap" a car or parts of a car in lieu of painting, or for advertisements

would it be better if u use chicken wire to make the hex pattern?
just heat it up and press it to the EVA foam

Hm... maybe a picture? I don't have a clue about vinyl wrap.
A new car mostly are wrapped with some kind of thin white paper/vinyl masking layer.
Auto Parts normally is wrapped in bubble wrap, or just PE bags.

Again, heated chicken wire can be used. The problem is, if it applied before making the parts, the hex will not be aligned in the seam. If it applied after the parts is done, it might get difficult (in the forearm for example).

Sorry Ms., I know that we have talked about this before, I was about to make Mk5, and somebody declared that wanna do Mk5, so I go to this suit.
When i am about to post this, somebody beat me to it.
What can I say...

But worry not, there are about 40 suits to come....:facepalm
