They are usually seen wrapped in leather, which I think the ones in the movie are. Tracking down the exact model is tricky, let's of simmilar ones out there from that era.

I would look at US WWI military binoculars. My dad had a pair of Marine pilot binoculars that looked almost identical to MichaelFuji 's pair
