As someone who cosplays Henry Senior, I do love that particular Indy costume. Well done you!

And I'm totally envious of your suitcase. I've been looking for, what, seven years now and haven't found one that's even close, much less screen accurate.

Cheers mate! I would absolutley love to do a shoot with you. You have the best Henry Senior cosplay Ive seen! And honestly, once I start the grail diary run (you commented on not long ago), you should get one! You of all especially! I would love to make one for you and see it showcased in with your awesome cosplay!

Oh so you are the same who posted on facebook I sent comment about the gun, and added more infos.
after some searches I found more about the gun.
So the accurate one has bid's head grip, but has gun blue finish of course, but you can also notify the top gun is a 1889 type, or at least before 1892 (fluted barrel, and the axis lock is a screw, later variation has only grooved barrel and a specific mechanism for it's removal, this is important for the following details.

After some searches, I found two original props
-one sold on propstore auction, notice the earliest type of barrel and bolt, no engravings at all, and strange wooden grips, this kind of grip didn't exist on original period items, original bird's head were made from gutta.
You can see it's not matching the Harrisson ford picture, grip is gutta on that picture.

Second is a stunt from heritage auction, and that one is more standard post 1892 model, grooved barrel and complex mechanism, I think the one on Harrisson Ford belt is the same, as the stunts were probably based from the main hero prop, lucky us, that is the easiest variation to find!

I wanted to know more about your costume, it seems several parts are actually historic pieces, holster belt, trousers, so I would like to know more about it!
I hope you will be able to take some time to tell a bit more!
I also wish to find the bag, took a look on websites, found nothing, for now my only original period items are pen, cigarette pack, 100 francs, and italian stamps, also trousers, gaz mask bag, belt, holster.

Wow fantastic research on the revolver!

I just have a cheap cast-resin replica, with the wrong shape ring, that I got for my Allan Quatermain cosplay.
