Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade Poster Sculpture

I'm working on a 1/2ish scale bust of Indiana Jones based on this poster:

Please excuse the quick Photoshopped hat brims, but I've shown it to enough people to know that without the brim it's incredibly distracting. I'm working in Chavant NSP Medium. I'm going to make the brim separately as it would be too thin to sculpt and cast easily. Any feed back would be much appreciated, especially on how to get a closer likeness.

Re: Indiana Jones Last Crusde Bust WIP

Did some more work. Changed the shape of his head. Shortened his nose vertically and raised his lips and chin. Re-doing the clothing entirely and reworked the area where it came in contact with the neck. Any thoughts?

Re: Indiana Jones Last Crusde Bust WIP

I decided just to make the brim for convenience. And I began work on a mini Marcus Brody.

Re: Indiana Jones Last Crusde Bust WIP

Mold and Cast of Brody done. I cut a frame out of wood, did a loose fitting for Brody, and began work on Vogel by reshaping Brody's clay head. The frame is going to be covered later with sharper stone detail pieces.

A couple of the smaller pieces coming together.
I made a end cap for the two pillars on the poster and cast duplicates from it:

I made the plane silhouette out of a bit of scrap plastic and built it up using Bondo and spot filler. X-Acto'd some detail lines.

And I started to rough out the rest of the smaller sculptures in the frame.

Some recent progress:
I made a quick mold and casting of the hat to make it easier to shape by sanding and filling.

I finished the sculpt on Indy's head and molded and cast in Smooth-Cast.

With the clay sculpture from Indy being pretty much completely intact after molding I started reshaping the head for Henry:

Thanks for all the positive comments guys.

I finally got the board standing and started to mount some pieces.

I have a lot of sculpting ahead of me.

This is insane. I absolutely love this, every fan out there is dying to see this finished. I'm already going to congratulate you on an awesome piece.:thumbsup
