Indiana Jones and the Great Circle

Hey, I posted this earlier in the thread, Egyptian Cat Mummy Bastet 3D Printed Replica - Etsy
I can't recommend this enough. I contacted the seller, he was able to increase the size to only a few cm shy of the real cat mummy. He gave a good price for it, and it appears to be a resin print and requires almost no clean up. I'm still painting mine (life has been crazy) I will post pictures as soon as I can, but again, can't recommend this guy

Hey all!

I'm excited to share what I've been working on in my spare time the last few weeks: A complete recreation of the journal in The Great Circle. I've done my best to get all the sketches in the proper order, leaving the correct amount of blank pages (some of the pages of the journal don't have sketches on them, only collectables).

The page order wasn't immediately obvious to me, as it's not always clear from the animation if you're flipping a page left or right. It seems I'll have to play again and pay attention to the order I unlock the sketches, but I'm not super concerned—depending on when things are found, the order would be variable anyway. Add to that there's no rule in real life that says you can't leave pages of a sketchbook blank, or skip pages and go back and fill them in later, so as long as they're roughly in the order of play I think I'm happy with it

Now, to start making the inserts! There are so many, I may not put all of them in the book, as I want to still be able to close it when I'm doneG

Great job-- Question, did you make your journal or did you find one. Thanks for sharing

I found our book. Definitely going to have to just use the cover like we did for the Raiders journal, but it is pretty accurate and less than 20 dollars shipped.

Update: I have mine in hand. Looks to be the same as the one that comes with the globe, but this one has the stitching on the edges (like the video screen shows) where the book that comes with the globe does not. It’s the same exact size and thickness. The original is darker but the game one looks lighter
Obviously there’s not ruled paper in the original it as mentioned, we can just cut the pages out and reuse the cover.image.jpgimage.jpg

Have we figured out an order for these pages yet?? I believe the order would be the way the order of the layout on the journal guide format. The entire book is idealized anyway being a video game screen piece so I would think we can do what we want however, this can also be the opportunity to make a standard version so its more attractive and easier to make for other prop builders--seeing how that's what this site really is all about anyway.

I believe this can be a really cool group build like the Grail Diary was seeing how this is really the only other journal that we can see inside of
