I had some people help me and get this off of the table. So Its on the floor and I have starting making the clay wall. I have been trying to get it as flat as I can. Should I really be picky with this so much? Then I plan to tilt it on the floor with a milk crate on bricks ect. Then plaster it up

Check your previous post "ready to mold" I replied there.

Make sure you brush on your first layer of ultracal and work out all the airbubbles. Do a few layers like that until you got a good thickness and then start adding your burlap.

Make the wall as perfect as you can. Get the wall flat and smooth and tool it real nice up near the sculpt. Make sure you have some kind of reinforcement behind that wall or it may come off during molding from the weight of the plaster.
The reason you want the wall so nice is thats setting up your seam and the better the wall the better your seam will be resulting in a better peice.
Don't forget to make keys, Reinforce the plaster with burlap. Here's some pics of mine

How thick did you build up the mold? I'm guessing that's only the first coat I see in the pictures. It looks super thin.

Yes, that's just the first coat. I would say the thickness is about 1 1/2" to 2". I usually do like 4 coats, one splash coat(for detail) followed up by a thicker coat, then the burlap reinforced coat and then the final one "beauty coat"
