You saw the pics I posted about 18linklin4 wings...here is pic of 18linklin4 wings. 18linklin4 denies having more than one copy of my wings.

My ebay user name is "Rexports".

Today I see a new ebay user buy the name "linkrexports". Somebody is really stuck on that "link" bit. linkrexports is using the same photo and look what he is selling.

Like I say, nothing says talentless loser like recasting someone elses work.

I contacted ebay.

The guy is really bound and determined to move the copies of my work.

You know, this stuff used to be rampant in the past, and it seems like this is a bad omen of things to come.
If you don't mind me asking, how can you press anything legally against items on ebay...
The emails and etc, I can see him getting in some major trouble for.

Well in truth anything you create you have rights to and own the copyright to, thus StLK owns the rights to these wings... But, the problem in most cases is that your creation infringes on anothers copyright so you have little legal recourse because your "hands are dirty" as well...

But, in this case the "dirty hands" are not so dirtly and fall into a much more grey area as these are simply a pair of geared wings unique and quite different from the "REAL" PKE wings so the infringment on the original works gets more blured and falls into a big gret area if any exist at all... Thus in reality you might actually stand a good chance of suing in small claims and winning against them for illegally copying your work, because the "dirty hands" clause in regards to you is very grey and can't be used as a "get it tossed out of court defense..."

Not saying that is the course of action, but you might still be able to give your own C&D letter(s) to the person and Ebay and have enough legal ground to actually get them to take notice in this specific case...

It's all one big grey legal area, but in this case I believe StLK has more rights to defend his ownership then in most recast issues here that involve whole props...
