Hey man you're beating me lol I still can't figure the magnets out do you have any detailed/close-up photos of your magnets position and how you installed them. Are you producing your hinge system for sale ? This finished helmet is awesome man I can't wait to get mine finished !

ears are separated with the base helmet

Next stage: applying body filler or bondo.
in this stage of the build will need a help from my buddy, whos expert in doing this kind of works.
