Fantastic job man. I'm just starting a to build a Mark Vii. My first attempt at a helmet was too small so I have to figure out what size is the right size. Your thread will be good inspiration for me, thanks!

I'm trying to make a mk7 out of foam but I'm not having much luck ATM sadly but I'm a persistent one... I may follow this thread in the same way for another attempt in pep, I've tried the shark man file with no luck... But I'll try this one and keep trying

the extrmity of the eyebrow section of the faceplate is rounded not sharp !!

hey just before you're done here's the part i was talking about
as you can see the mark 3 , compared to the mark vii as a "boxy" look (sharp edges)

as you can see the mark 7 eyebrows is curved at the jonction !

yes your right about that. but i noticed that display mark 7 suits have curved joction in eyebrow
me and my buddy decided that we will used this reference for building this helmet

you're right about that.
that's because they were using the modified mark VI helmet for cgi
anywayz guess i'll just mod mine
