IM Nation's Mark 7 pep file build ( Omarbou1's Mark 7 file V2 helmet)

Hi there guys. will start my 2nd helmet pep file using Omarbou1's Mark 7 V2 helmet.
My first build is a mark 42 pep but i didnt finished it. cause back then the file i used is not that accurate in the movie.
i used Omarbou1's V2 file cause i read a lot of good comments from builder using this file.
My head Circumference is 22 inches. im gonna used scale of 57.048637
Im gonna finished this build promise!!! :lol

if i can give you an advice concerning my model, use the spacer so it wont warp during the resin stage and apply 2-3 coats of resin so it will keep its shape
im saying this because the major causes that distinguish a good looking helmet is his shape in my opinion

Resin stage
3 coats of resin inside and outside
ears are separated with the base helmet



Next stage: applying body filler or bondo.
in this stage of the build will need a help from my buddy, whos expert in doing this kind of works.

the helmet is now worked by my buddy. he found some parts that need to be adjust and align.

i did not noticed that theres a valley fold in the upper chin my mistake.



and in resin stage didnt noticed that it got deformed in the process. good thing he saw it then make some adjustment and alignent.
for alignment and adjustments he used a heat gun, cutter knife to fix the problem.


so guyz if youre first timer in building pep.make sure you put some brace inside the pep build before starting the resin stage.

the only reason why its missing its that the unfold didnt inculded it !

Excellent work. I did the first resin coat on the Darkside501st helmet last night, and will straighten it out with a heat gun when I get home tonight.

How do the chin and lower helmet sections reattach to the main helmet? I've been trying to figure out how to hinge the pieces, but haven't figured it out yet.
