IM Nation's Mark 39 fullsuit build

Hi there guyz starting my Ironman build mark 39 Gemini fullsuit raw foam

started with the helmet its the game version file unfolded to foam.









the fullsuit armour file im gonna used is Syrus54 awesome file. i ask permission to build this great file and i have permission to used and build this.

Love the helmet so far. Just curious, how did you get the hex pattern so consistent?

Here's my procedures
1. Print pattern of hexagon and cutted it with what size you want for the helmet
2. Layout the pattern to the foam
3. Score cutted the hexagon pattern to the foam.
4 then use heatgun so that the hexagon grove will show up.

gonna sealed it with acrylic emulsion 5 coats the paint

Verry clean foam work man! That looks just amazing!. Nice one on the hex pattern. I guess patience was the key there.

Excellent job man, do you know where can i get the pep files for foam, i want to make one mark 39 for mi son. Or maybe u can give me the files you are using. My son would be so happy.

Sorry man but i have to correct you. I work in a metal shop and i'm a chrome plater, i've seen many people come and go over the years. They would say it's a job, you it's craft...GM
