Hi there guyz starting my Buzz light year foam build many asking if i can do a buzz light year costume. so here's the build theard for you guyz to see how's my buzz light year will gonna look like.i started with the chest part. it seems proportion to me in the first try. i dont used a pepakura file with this build. i used a papercraft file with the paper pattern to build this costume.this build will fit to 5'10" height37" waist around decals is still just printed sticker. CHEST PART
 
Your off to a great start. It took me forever to find my clear dome. It turned out I needed an 18" clear acrylic dome. The kind that department stores use for window displays in the winter. Maybe you could sweet talk someone into giving you one after the holidays.
I went a slightly different direction with mine but I have Buzz experience if you need help.
 
I almost started a Buzz but there was one thing I knew I wouldn't be happy with, the joints. What are your plans, if you have any, for the joints? Anxious to see more awesome work!

this suit is already reserved for a client.
this is for a 6' feet tall guys thats why its scaled too big for me.
