IM Mark 1 suit

Possibly my favorite suit of all, has anyone attempted making one of these suits yet? I've searched around and found nothing, but well you never know. On that same note were there ever any pep files on the mark 1 created?

I recently asked a similar question in my own thread. I was more interested in doing the helmet due to the fact I have done The mark III, Mark V, and war machine helms. A guy posted in my thread saying someone not too long ago did one, but i couldnt find it. as far as pep files on it, i have no clue/

I have yet to see one but I know the real suit has been on display at several conventions as many photos are floating around the web. I always thought this would be a great costume though!

and wish i had a better camera....and was better at taking pics....

more than likely, it will have to be from scratch. if you plan on tackling it, maybe the suit from this video can give you some ideas. apparently there was an ebay auction for it this year

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but that looks like NAS armor just to the right of the Mark I. I'm betting that's NAS work.

Correct. They were at DragonCon 2008. That suit looked great in person and I thought he really nailed the dirty metallic look.

i found some better pics that another person took of the same costume. btw, this is all from anime weekend atlanta 2008.

i wonder if any changes have been made in the costume between 2008 and now.

i was at the comic-con reveal for the markI suit and got tons of pics....



its something i always wanted to put together but i wouldnt know where to store it all when i was done....maybe someday when i have a basement.

You can always email them. Im sure if they dont know, they might know who makes it. But It really looks like its them.

Yep, that's NAS. As far as I know, they are the only ones that have done a movie one. Here are my pictures from the 2008 Dragon-con.
