I used to say I cheated but now 3D printing is just another tool. I draw them up based on a silicone bucket we have at work that look very close, then pushed print.

Okay. I was curious about its translucency. Is that a special print material, or just because it's thin?

Did a bit of rope work, the 3rd time lucky , I’ve tried roto casting the barrels, didn’t work , I’ve tried casting them solid terrible, so now I’ve 3d printed a PLA spacer / cavity, fingers crossed.

I use Anycubic printers , there cheat but work really well. I have a form 2 but the resins are so expensive and my anycubic print just as well and faster.

flimzy, my apologies but I am not wrapping my brain around how you are doing this. I see a 2 part mold but also a 2 part resin (maybe no, it is just extra inlets?)? Are the extra tubes for escaping air? Or are they for injected air?

My guess was you were roto casting but I see no spinner... so manual rotocasting? Sorry, I got lost in all the extra inlets.

Yep to vent trapped air, I was going to make a rotocaster but after doing 2 by hand I realised it was never going to work.
