Hate to say it, but I think this one's gone into high risk mode. I sent him a message through his auction with the direct link to this thread, in the hopes of reminding him not to forget about all of you. His lack of a response does not bode well.

It was through the_eli back in February.. Said he sent it and waited and waited, nothing.. Thought he was nice to offer to resend it, and at that point paid for Goonies wallet and paper so he can send all together, and nothing.. No response, except for emails a while ago saying he had gotten someone else to send it etc.. Then nothing.. No response to Paypal about dispute at all.. And with the email I got today with the above excuse, sounds like he sent it which conflicts his first statement that a friend sent it for him..
I gave benefit of the doubt due to the circumstances, but I also did this for Coffee Addict, and we all know what happened there..

Especially seeing I have seen him online in the forums for past month or so.. Was even around 2 days ago.. So he does come on the boards and sees the topic, receives pms and seeing he's online would receive the emails.. But nothing.. Coffee Addict all over again..

I'm starting to get a little concerned as well.
I understand that personal situations can delay transactions, but communication is still necessary. I'd really feel more comfortable with either an update on the project status or a refund.
It's a shame because I have had positive dealings and communication with him in the past.

For some I have been able to keep in touch and I want to say first off thank you for your patience and kind words. Since the passing of my friend, things have worsen as I was left to manage a lot of stuff and am currently in process of inheriting his two children. I am not sure if anyone has dealt with this sort of situation, but it is difficult and it has been a challenge to keep my regular life in order.
I understand there may be anger or frustration, and I posted this post because I wanted to make sure everyone who had done business with me was aware of the situation. I dont mind the opinion of people, or negative remarks as I am sure I would be in the same situation.
Now to business, I am having some friends help me get back in order here and help make everything right. I must stress there was never intention to burn anyone and if you have concern, I ask you to please email me.
First order, the PIRATES MAP:
I know a couple of people have gotten their maps. Indy has two on his way to him and Alexey should be getting his in Moscow this week or early next. If you want the status of your map, please email me and I will get the map to you asap if it hasnt already been shipped.
PIRATES COINS:
If you bought coins, none of them were shipped SO, If you can email me your email that you paid with and how many sets you bought and I will get those out.
ALL OTHERS:
For most, I have emailed and will try to address it all this week and get things moving.
I did have some problems with international shipping. Recently, I kept having delays in customs where I would be contacted for what I thought was a result of using the wrong form. However it turned out dealing with value. I was putting smaller amounts on the value so that there wouldnt be much of a tax on the items on their way to their destinations and customs requested invoices, or receipts and when I didnt produce them in time, they were sent back to me.
There is a lot of answers to questions and I will try and address them. However, I ask that you email me. I really honestly have been through a lot and I do not want to deal with attacks.

Good to hear you have friends helping you through this situation and really hope you get back on your feet. Honestly, I was more worried about how you were doing than getting the money you owed me for our deal. Really hope you enjoy the item and you find time to have fun again.

The RPF website does leave me signed in and I have also had another friend log in to look for addresses so I can get stuff out that was ordered. I dont mean to be harsh or defensive but until you can walk a day in what I have been thrown into, please do not begin to assume the worst.
Again, I have no intention of keeping anyones money if they didnt get anything. I understand there is some people who bought some bigger stuff from me, and I will make it right with them. I dont know this Coffee Addict person but give me a break. You have 9 months to prepare to be a parent. I became one in less than a month on top of everything. So forgive me if I am not in a good state of mind.

Um.. As you were made aware, I have walked the same line, but was family, not a friend.. You also know I have had to deal with my sister in law trying to take her life recently..
And I think I am entitled to assume the worse, when I don't get responded to emails or PMs, and you don't even respond to Paypals dispute, even when escalated..
But I suppose I'm the bad guy, so what fraking ever.. I've got my money, well not for my tube, and won't being doing business with you again.. And if I sound harsh so be it..

My business with Eli ended a week ago, when he made the latest announcement. I never had any concerns and all is good in my book, but I can understand frustration from people who are waiting. Hope he sorts the rest of you out soon, too.
And Eli, keep in there, man. Try to stay strong and allow friends and family to help you, even though things may seem hopeless.

I am one of the above, I sent him money for a prop, some people got theirs and he was keeping in contact with me for a little bit. But now nothing, money was sent a year ago. Now its been months since I heard anything. I feel bad if something happened. But at least send the money back if you cant get to what you said you were going to do, I understand life has bumps.
I don't mean any harm by this post, and Eli if you read this I still want the prop. But if lifes too busy and you cant get to it...no problem, just refund my money and no harm done. Just get some info out there.
