IDENTIFY THIS! Background Enterprise Prop!

I was hoping that one of you prop experts could help me identify which episode(s) this was used in. I'm almost certain it was used in Enterprise as a background prop. It appears to be some sort of tool or part of a machine.

I bought it on ebay, but it was originally sold by It's A Wrap!

Why, it's the enigmatic Left Handed Spanner.

How big is it? Piston arm of some kind?

I'd say it's around a foot long (maybe a tad longer)

Stick a big knob on the end and tell people it's a window roll down handle to let some fresh air into the ship. :lol

Looks like it fits on one of those weight lifting machines, that uses the rubber resistance "stretch" weights.

Hello I got this site off this BB so as far as I know I am not breaking any rules! This site has every listing IAW has ever put on eBay! If they sold it originally it will be here some where...http://startrekpropcollector.com/trekauctions/ You may have to keep an eye out for an auction where whoever you bought it from has striped something down and sold the pieces! This could make finding it that much more difficult!
