IDEA for mounting/displaying Force FX Sabers...

Just a quick brain fart here to share and get some other input on...

The one down side I've seen with these is the automatic shutdown (I understand you can disable the sound if preferred)

Well, exactly how much movement is necessary to keep the blades lit???

Could some slight movement be incorporated into the mounting 'stand' to allow this?

Again just a flashing thought that I had and figured I'd see if anyone thought it to be an 'bright' idea, and also to see if anyone had thoughts on how to accomplish.

The same circuitry that engages the clash/swing/movement sounds is what keeps the saber from turning off. I've not taken the circuit apart but you can hear a small bearing or something else that moves making various connections engaging the appropriate sounds. It would take more movement than would be practical and still be on a stand or mount to keep the saber turned on.
