I think my Iron Man suit might have been recast!

Well, at least 90% of the community does. I think the ones who think recasting is ok might be a risk to count on...
 
I think we for sure need to see a whole lot more work in progress pics. As Drack said at least the midsection he posted is obviously not the same as the casts he was showing on his FB page. Angel said that those pics on his FB page ARE of davy's suit but as Drack said why has he practically taken credit for them. Leading people to believe that that is what they would get if they ordered from him and then delivering something else is just as bad as recasting. I just don't know what to say now... I guess I will wait and see what else get posted about this but it is not just the pics that lead me to believe Angel might be a recaster... I have read all his posts here and I have read through his FB page and Youtube and other forums as well.
 
the midsection I believe is definately davys but modified.

it has been cut into 4 then regrafted back together,there is tell lines in all the images.
in the motor trade a cut n shut.
study them very closely

click on pic 2 to enlarge,theres 2 circles/2 lines ive marked which show a dark tell area down the spine section.
also 2 lines to the front of the cod area showing a uneven tell area.

click on pic 3 to enlarge, iv'e marked a/b showing where the side section has been cut and regrafted.also marked a circle to the front where you can see a strip.

pic 5,which drack has posted if someone can overlay these 2 images with photo shop the detail lines to the right hand side as i look at screen are exactly same,but look out because the spine section has been filled back in,and have been extended

pic 6,lip around cod evened out a little painted n who'd know?

good eyes fingaz and yup all those pics show angel painting the suit . Wheres the pepakura, fiberglassing, filling, sanding, smoothing, basically all the hard labor pics at?
 
wow, he even did a horrible job modifying that back torso. If he doesn't have the patience to straighten that out I don't think he'll even have a patience to do some fine details in a full suit. And that wouldn't convince me that he's able to build anything worth selling as a replica prop.

sorry for the confusion, my wording is indeed **** (not my mother language). quintessence is, don't give more room to lame excuses and get rid of that Angel guy
 
I think this part is even a recast from davy, davy is a slim boy an i think his part is cut at the red lines to widen it up!

Watch the details in the yellow circles, the match perfectly like fingerprints. all the other groves match also.
 
Well spotted Fingaz and Toxx your right. It would seem that certain parts have been modded to fit a bigger frame where as most didn't need to be and could just be recast as they were.
 
im not trying to hide anything im still sorting this with mods and putting on here what i can im not hiding keep the comments coming i do this your looking for reasons now as i said my ab parts and back wernt good but cutting and body filler done the trick also the patterns i cut in with a dremel there not straight or perfect buy any means look at the and as for photo shop i wouldnt know where to start guys like i said tell me how to sort this what to do to put it write and ill do what i can

unfortunately, the only way to sort this out is to admit to your fault that you'd recasted other people's work. I'm not biased in any way, but the obvious proofs are right here in front of us.
There's nothing wrong with admitting to being a recaster. The worst that could happen is you getting the banhammer from the site. At least save the little respect that what is left for you.

Good catch.

Slightly modifying someone else's part (enlarging, shrinking, extra lines...), casting and selling for profit is also consider recasting.
But that only applys to the few wip part that has been shown.
It does not apply to the other parts that was directly recast.

Customizing my car with a larger seat because of my big butt, does not mean i created the car.
Does not means i can sell my modd car as my own brand.:rolleyes

He took your house too? :lol srry couldnt resist. You have showed more than enough evidence to back up your accusations Davy. He hasn't and Im glad I didnt sell him my stuff
 
lol I know he says he's dealing with the mods and sorting out pics but to me the longer he waits to show proof is he's just digging himself deeper and deeper
