I need a wolverine claw... Just 1 for CNC measurements

I am going to machine up some claws, and am in need of a claw to use for refrence.... It seems there arent any real good sets out there anymore, at least that I can find...... so time to machine up some on my own. It helps that my friend owns a machine shop....lol

Even if not, I hope you find your set. Some of the aluminum replicas I've seen are beauties to behold. :thumbsup

I bid....but to no avail. LOL

Machining the claws wont be a problem once the CAD is worked out. I would rather have the wires mount in the rear of the claw like the hero version.

My machinist friend could easily make a high quality urethane mold for casting them in resin later as well. I will have to jig the wires and probably weld them to the handle. Each set would need to be tweaked to each individual hand of course.

Its just like the one's in your pic. It was made by AA designs. Don't have any pics right now.

I didn't save the pic or if I did I can't find it on my computer, but maybe someone else did. Some of the screen used Last Stand claws were mounted on a display plaque and auctioned on ebay a few months ago (I think it was by Prop Store of London). One of the pictures was taken pretty square. If you can track it down you may be able to use it to scale up to the right size and get the right curve/bevel measurements for the claws.

Those claws were made industrialDNA@aol.com, although I don't know if he still makes them. He also sent along a set of fists you could mount the claws on if you wanted to take them off of the handles. Hope this helps.

That actually turned out to be a fake auction. The ones your first posted were the ones used in X1 during the wolverine/sabertooth fight. Let me know if your gonna do some sets in resin.
