Ok my fellow Rpf's The movie I'm thinking about came out within the last 2 years, and it's a gang of burglars that break into a home only to find that a killer ( I believe ) is already there and starts to take them out, can anyone help with the title Thanks

I believe Horror. I think the killer was there to off the family sleeping in the house but took out the thives instead......
