Hyperfirm Help!

I really need some advice on what to use to bond two pieces of "Hyperfirm" together?

From what I understand hyperfirm is a hard rubber or foam type material? I would think a 5 minute epoxy would be fine. Super glue would soak in if the mating surfaces are porous.

CA Glue works excellent.

That is correct
Make sure that the pieces are unpainted as well
otherwise, the CA will stick to the paint, not the Hyper-Firm

Should I use a bonding excellerent or just clean unpainted surfaces?
Cause I really need this to stay together and stand up to trooping!

I pretty much know what broke off and yes, Cyano works best. :thumbsup

You can use Kicker if you want
but, It'll hold up better if you don't
I prefer the green from Satellite city
But , JB likes the yellow

I had to fix a tear on a Hyperfirm DC-15. The CA works great!! :thumbsup

We use the Hyperfirm blasters in the Jedi Training Academy show at Disneyland and the t-tracks come off every now and then. I just glue them back with cyano then lift the t-track just enough to get an application needle in there to squirt in the kicker.

Put the kicker in something like this...

Makes it a lot easier.
