I need to see the Avengers design in action first, but of what we've got to see fighting so far I have to say 08.

Hahaha. I was just about to mention that.

I do like how the Avengers Hulk is looking... definitely embodies the typical comic Hulk. But I'll have to reserve judgement until there's more footage of him in action. Until then, i'm still voting for the 2008 version.

For the time Lou's make up was great! I had a chance to meet him at a bodybuilding faire in Hawaii and he was done up in the Hulk gear but that awful 80's punk rock wig was what he was wearing. He looked more like an 80's punk rock chick than the Hulk.

2012 Hulk is the best in my eyes. Better texture! Less human looking but closer to the actor's look.

2008 Hulk was OK but to monster like and skin texture was too much like Abomination.

2003 Hulk is based off of Ang Lee so that Hulk has a bit of an Asian look to him. Very round face as did Ang Lee did.

I thought the 03 Hulk was something daft like 12 feet, and the 08 was closer to 8 or 9 feet?

I think '03 Hulk varied in height depending on how angry he was. Believe there were three different heights.

got to agree with the general feeling the Ang Lee hulk was a disaster in my eyes.

As for the 08 Hulk i think there was a good reason that the Abomination looked like the Hulk it was the same blood sample taken from Banner used on Blonsky so it made sense they looked similar, i loved the rage of the 08 Hulk.

Ang Lees arty attempt just failed

The Avengers Hulk looks like a mix of both previous Hulks and i think they have nailed it ....

I like Norton as the best Bruce, with Bixby a close second, but in terms of the Hulk design, I actually like the new one better. It has more of a real person look and feel that the others seem to lack.

I grew up with Lou...there's only one Hulk in my book.

The avengers hulk seems to be the most accurate to the comics so far.
The 08 hulk a close second.

Ange Lees hulk is awful.

To me the hulk should have some apish or caveman facial features, the oversized brow area, the short nose, wide mouth and large space between the mouth and nose.
Avengers seems to have these features albeit very subtle. I personally would have gone a bit further.

I like the older comic style. Very wide and not that tall. He's impossibly wide. He's not a human supersized.
And his very thick skin wouldn't show any fine muscle detail or blood vessels.
And he TALKS. He's not Frankensteins monster. Once they get a talking Hulk they'll be on the right track.

They keep looking at Ferrigno, and not the comics.
