How to Puffy Paint a Spiderman Suit

So this is my second post on here so I'm still quite new, but anyways I had just brought a pre-sewn suit and was wondering how to prep the suit for puffy painting, for example I've seen people use binder clips but I'm not sure which ones. I've also seen people stuff the suit to make it fill out so it's easy to paint. I'm wondering which is the cheapest and best way, I'm from the UK btw.
